If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 4 hours in advance.

Because this is a mobile service, appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 4 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 4 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service price, to cover travel and reserved time.
Late ArrivalÂ
Please be ready at the scheduled time. If the therapist must wait more than 15 minutes, the session time may be reduced or cancelled. Full payment will still apply.
No Show No call Policy
If you are not present at the agreed location and time, and no prior notice is given, you will be charged the full price of the service.
